Eligibility, registration, and account integrity

Each natural person may hold one (1) active account only. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited, subject to applicable law.

Deposits, withdrawals, and dormant balances

Deposits become available for play once cleared by our payment partner. Minimum and maximum amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method or currency.

Withdrawal requests are processed within forty-eight hours of full Know-Your-Customer verification. Payouts are returned, where technically feasible, to the original deposit method used by the player.

If an account remains inactive — without a login event, wager, deposit, or withdrawal — for twelve consecutive months, a monthly administration fee may be applied to the remaining balance, in accordance with our licensing conditions.

Bonuses, wagering, and promotional fairness

Each bonus, free-spin offer, or tournament prize carries its own terms covering eligible games, wagering requirement, maximum bet size during wagering, expiry, and currency conversion. These terms are presented before opt-in.

Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play across networks, low-risk hedging patterns, or manipulation of game outcomes — will result in the cancellation of bonuses, related winnings, and possible account closure.

Prohibited jurisdictions and restricted conduct

Residents and visitors of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, or where CrownSlots does not hold the necessary permissions, are not permitted to register or wager. Players bear responsibility for confirming local legality before play.

The use of VPNs, proxies, automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool designed to misrepresent location or to gain an unfair edge constitutes a material breach of these terms and grounds for permanent exclusion.

Dispute resolution and governing law

Complaints should first be raised with CrownSlots customer support, which will respond within seven calendar days. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) or to Anjouan Gaming (Komoren) — the licensing regulators of CrownSlots.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the issuing licence. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that you enjoy under the law of your country of residence.
